At Lily Pad Music Academy, Mrs. Leslie and her students explore the magic of music making. The series of group classes offered (Sound Beginnings, Let's Play Music, and Presto) are customized to the unique developmental needs and opportunities at different levels of entry. In each class, early vocal, rhythm, and piano skills, plus advanced music theory concepts, are learned through age-appropriate, full-body physical play. Peek into any of our classes and you’ll see jumping, singing, skipping, storytelling, and laughing! You'll also see effective piano instruction done through creative songs and games! Play-based learning naturally encourages children to participate and to excel.

  

Clarinet is Mrs. Leslie's absolute favorite instrument, and she enjoys sharing her passion with young clarinetists. Clarinet students learn to be beautifully expressive clarinetists, and are taught essential fundamentals to best understand their instrument and ultimately be confident performers.
